Slowly and steadily adapt the new exercises or activities to avoid injury. Always take breaks and give your hands some rest, and do not continue if you experience any pain. What To Do with De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis?
Anyone can experience the condition, but it may likely affect women of age 40, young children, manual laborers performing all tasks with hands, athletes, etc. It is important to undergo an evaluation; without knowing, one can sleep over it. They can highly increase the chances of
worsening their condition. The provider may even ask the patient to undergo imaging tests, like X-rays.
